When is the Festival?

How do we get into the venue?
This year there will be two entrances for the Palace Events - From the Car Park near The Crown Inn and the main gate near the pond .
Do I need ID?
We will need to identify over 18s for alcohol sales purposes and you could be further challenged when you are purchasing drinks. ID will be checked at the gate on entry and wristbands issued to identify over 18s.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
We plan to do a head count at 6pm and release some late tickets on the door.
Can we go in and out of the venue?
On entry to the event you will be issued with a wrist band, on showing to still intact and on your wrist you can gain re-entry.
Is the Museum open so we can find out about the venue?
No
Are Dogs Allowed?
No
I want to see a particular act but can't get to the festival early. Is there a discount on tickets on the door if I attend after a certain time?
No. We are sorry that you are unable to attend earlier and enjoy the whole festival experience. Only full price day tickets may become available for purchase on the door (subject to availability), which allow you to enjoy the programmed events until event close.
Can we bring a Picnic?
Of course, but we will have plenty of food available on the site. You are more than welcome to bring a picnic though.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes, please do not bring glass into the event though.
Where do I park?
There are numerous car parks and unrestricted roadside parking throughout the local area within walking distance.
Is the event completely disabled accessible?
Yes
I've ordered my tickets but they haven't arrived yet. What should I do?
Almost all tickets are issued by email through our ticketing providers. You will need to print your tickets and bring them with you to the festival. Please check your spam or junk folders in case the email has landed there. Please email us if you can't find the email.
Are there concessionary rated tickets?
No
I'm bringing my children with me and they are both under 5, do they require a ticket?
Yes, everyone needs a ticket
I live in Bishops Waltham. Is there a resident's discount?
No. We do not currently offer a resident's discount on any of our tickets.
I bought my tickets early and now discover I can't come, can I get a refund?
Please feel free to email me at [email protected] and I will happily re allocate them
I don’t have a printer to print my e-tickets, is this a problem?
If you are able to print your ticket this will speed up the process when you arrive at the gate. If you aren’t able to print your ticket you can show it to us on a smart phone.
